Activation steps for Huawei Watches:
– Step 1: Visit any Retail shop, contact a customer care representative or your Account Manager and request for your desired plan.
– Step 2: Ensure your phone and watch are connected to the same WiFi.
– Step 3: Open the ‘Health’ app on your phone.
– Step 4: Select ‘eSIM Management’.
– Step 5: Scan the QR Code.
– Step 6: The eSIM will be downloaded automatically and your Wearable plan will be activated.
You can activate a Wearable plan on Postpaid plans only.
Roaming add-ons do not support smart watches yet. However, your Wearable plan will work normally on Bluetooth mode.
All your minutes and data usage will be consumed from your Postpaid plan. Any additional charges will be towards your mobile plan.
You can upgrade your Wearable plan by disconnecting the service and reactivating it once again based on your preferred plan.
Android: You can unsubscribe from your Wearable plan any time by contacting a Customer Care representative at any Retail Shop or your Account Manager.
Apple: You can unsubscribe from your Wearable plan at any time through the ‘Watch’ app settings.
